Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all purchases made from our online store, and is in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and other applicable legislation.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Norway. For international orders, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation upon successful purchase and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer shipping through Posten/Bring and other reputable carriers. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or holiday periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight, size, and delivery address. Orders over a specified amount may qualify for free shipping (see current promotions on our website).

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is not collected from the pickup point within the carrier’s timeframe, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. We will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage and will work with you to resolve the issue in line with your rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Consumers in Norway have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, according to the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven). Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any products. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.
