Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from our online store by consumers residing in Norway. The sale is governed by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the E-commerce Act.

1. Payment

We offer secure payment methods through our payment partners. The following options are available:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Vipps

  • Invoice or installment payment (via approved third-party providers, where available)

Payment is processed at the time of order unless otherwise stated.

2. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The withdrawal period begins on the date you receive the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the deadline—preferably in writing (e.g., via email). The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken (e.g., dietary supplements with broken seals).

3. Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than withdrawal, this must be agreed upon with us in advance. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in original packaging.

Exchanges may incur an additional shipping cost, which must be covered by the customer.

4. Complaints and Warranty Claims

If your product is defective or incorrect, you have the right to submit a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. The complaint period is 2 years (or up to 5 years if the product is intended to last longer).

Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible and no later than two months after discovering the issue. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo if possible.

If your complaint is accepted, we will cover the cost of return and either repair, replace, or refund the product.
